A NEW SITE BUILT FOR BUZZ

From suburb sidewalks to city streets, Buzz Bicycles makes e-bikes for riders looking to feel the wind in their hair, not the burn in their legs.

Buzz E-Bikes needed its website to be impactful, informative, and persuasive – but when they came to us, it was spartan. There were limited pages, no editorial content, and little information about the “whys” and “hows” of purchasing a bike online. They needed help rounding out the brand voice, creating an effective website that was easy to navigate and purchase from, and they needed content to persuade and reassure consumers when making purchases.

This presented an opportunity to start at the ground floor, helping Buzz Bicycles develop a site based on best practices, a site based on tried-and-true content strategy, a site that spoke to customers, a site built for Buzz.

We knew that a successful eCommerce site would do three things to win new customers: differentiate the brand, provide tools for decision-making, and win the sale with emotional engagement. We dove into the research to understand customer purchasing habits, mapped out a content strategy, and built an attractive and shoppable user interface.

Whether they were actively looking for an e-bike or were stopping by to see what was new, customers found everything they needed to find their next set of wheels.

Purchasing a bike online can be a challenge. You need to know your options, sizing, features, specs, and even colorways. You need to know who you are buying from and why you should make your purchase with them. The reimagined Buzz Bicycles website answers all these questions and more.

We built a site where consumers can find the perfect e-bike for their lifestyle and do so while trusting in the brand they are doing business with. By building this new website from end-to-end for desktop and mobile, we increased engagement and conversion rates across the consumer demographic profiles. It’s exciting, sells off the page, and puts the consumer in confident control of getting where they are headed with the help of Buzz Bicycles.
