Reebok is a powerful global brand that’s in the process of reinventing itself. Their new story of “tough fitness” has positioned them perfectly to own the CrossFit market and appeal to those serious, hardcore athletes. They had been producing a “magalog” that was filled with editorial, but frankly didn’t do a very good job of selling products. The goal was to increase sales.

Reebok walked away from two previous agencies and reached out to J.Schmid in hopes that we could keep everything they liked about the gritty editorial book, yet use our catalog expertise to help them sell more product. We did a photoshoot in Los Angeles featuring real CrossFit athletes, capturing them in the middle of their workouts. These authentic moments connected on a deep, emotional level. We combined storytelling with compelling product spreads that we knew would pique interest and increase sales. It did just that…three months AHEAD of schedule!
