He’s also been a featured conference speaker, panelist and contributing writer and awards judge for Multichannel Merchant.

And driving brand affinity isn’t his only talent. Neal’s initial creative endeavor was in music – piano, guitar and vocals. He grew up in the San Francisco Bay area and attended countless Grateful Dead concerts as a teenager (no lasting damage that we can tell) and he even had the privilege of playing in Chuck Berry’s band once.
