Given his 25+ years of experience and reputation for building strong brands, Chris Hayes could work for nearly any agency. Which is why we’re so glad to that he decided to bring his talents here. Chris has worked with many well-known brands and as the EVP of Brand Strategy he’ll direct creative strategy, brand development and strategic communications for a number of our key clients.

Before joining us, Chris worked as the Executive Vice President at Willoughby Design, Director of Client Services at Valentine Radford, and Executive Vice President at MMG Worldwide.

It was at MMG that Chris crossed paths with future J.Schmid president Brent Niemuth, who at the time was the creative director. There began a mutual respect and professional regard that spanned years, and eventually led to Chris joining us full time.

Chris is a strategic thinker with big ideas, which means he’s a perfect fit and a welcome addition to the J.Schmid team.
